The narrator really makes this story come alive. A great performance. I'd be happy to listen to him anytime. Will look for more books by him.

Felt more like a movie for the mind’s eye. They did an excellent job of bringing the words on the page to life. This narrator, Tom Weitzel, made you feel every moment of this S.W.A.T. chronicle. Important to note this audio book didn’t suffer from listening fatigue like so many others. Pleasant and engaging throughout. Great, rich story from Martha Pruett. Wasn’t familiar with her work prior to this. As the dude with the pleasing pipes said, “They’re more than a team, they’re a family.” I would recommend “Clubs: Heart of a Hero” audio book if you’re looking for a story that doesn’t lose steam from beginning to end. Will be looking for Martha’s next work.

I am still enjoying this book and the story of our protagonist Roxy. The story piques my interest and I particularly enjoy the lovely soothing voice of the narrator who flows into all the various characters with ease. I often can't make it through Audible books when I can't connect to the narrator, so thankfully Mr. Weitzel's voice does the story great justice!
