Publisher's summary

What might happen if you found your best self? What if you found the tools that could help you breakthrough? Who could you help, what could you achieve, who could you become?

No matter where we are in life, we all have a gap. It's the space between our current reality and our untapped, unrealized potential. Our work, if we are to be of the best service to ourselves, our families, and the rest of the world, is to close that gap a little more every day.

These are the principles I employed that took me from being a broke and broken valet at 40, to just a handful of years later becoming a successful entrepreneur, author, and world-renowned dog trainer.

By closing the gap in knowledge, we can close the gap in potential.

great insight on where and how to begin

Very easy to listen to. By using his personal experiences, Sean has some great insight and actual action steps to implement from the very beginning till the end. (audio format has a bonus talk at the end, which is in a great relaxed format) Will be listening to this again (several times I'm sure) and will be taking many pauses to process my thoughts and take notes.

Great!

I liked how Sean shared his relatable story on his journey to self-improvement! You can tell much how he wants to help and guide people to personal growth. This is a great book for anyone interested in personal growth but is afraid to dive into a huge book that can be intimidating. I loved the personal stories, the action steps and resources shared that helped Sean.

Simple, straightforward approach to changing yourself

I have read many biographies and "self-help" books (if we have to call them that, for an easy way to categorize this type of book). I read them now mostly to hear someone's personal journey and to feel connected. That's probably why this book seems a little too simplified for me. Not a bad read, pretty quick, and great for someone just getting started in the "change yourself, change everything" journey. Much respect to Sean, and his willingness to share so that we can feel we are not alone.
