I really liked the book Especially when it was said if you don't know what to do there's an assignment specifically for people who didn't know I liked that there was a vision board made for beginners as well

Good Primer on Vision Boarding.

This a a good overview of vision boarding. If you want to get started making your first vision board or just to know what "all the fuss is about" this is a good place to start.
