I have both the e-book and spoken book versions of this. The e-book is easy to read and understand, but the spoken book made even more impact on me. Having Daniel and Joe read their own book helped it sink in. About three-quarters of the way through, I thought I owned The Remembering Process fully, but the big light bulb went on in my mind and heart while I was listening to the last chapter. This is my new understanding: Each of us has a zillion possible futures which, if we don't choose or focus on one, those futures just kind of drift back and forth, going any which way with no dependable outcome. However, when we "remember" one of them and work with that "memory," that one future comes into existence. The Law of Attraction always is working. The Remembering Process is a very effective way to intentionally put that law to work for us, for you and me.

Life Changing

I have the ebook to this as well which is great. It’s an easy listen and then I can slowly go through the ebook highlighting passages after listening. Sure, most of us know about affirmations, but this book really brings a different perspective- literally by looking at it from your future self. It also has helped me with the concept of accepting the present while creating the future you want. I’ve always struggled with understanding that balance. Daniel Barrett seems like someone you would like as a friend. Recommend!

This book dumped me on my head and made me consider a whole new way of thinking. The remembering process is genius! It doesn't matter what circumstances have been your life....you can go back, change the story, put a positive outcome on it, and you don't have to be perfect with the details. I loved it!!!

What did you learn from The Remembering Process that you would use in your daily life?

This book is exactly what I needed. I plan to write my own remembering letters and take if from there. I hope to report back in a few years to tell you how this book changed my life. Wait, I already have!!! In fact, this is how my first remembering letter will start - I remember about 6 years back, I read this book "The Remembering Process" and it changed my life!

Any additional comments?

The authors overall positive attitude toward both life's challenges and belief in the process is an inspiration. If one believes positive life changing experiences have already occurred and all it takes is to remember how it happened; goals can and will be achieved. The authors have me believing!

Fabulous concept and practical. It works!

This is a twist to Nevillizing and visualization. Always an entertaining listen with Dr Joe. I always feel like he’s talking to me personally. His sense of humor always comes through his narration and stories.

The lesson is super powerful and it works! Just another great tool in the practice of LOA. A Word of advice for the listener, LOA works best (for me anyway) by layering many techniques including the remembering process. But maybe that’s my own block.
