Fine so my title is weird. I’m weird. But whatever it does something to me. Like woah!! Anyway, I loved this book. Ehhh!! The emotional roller coasters both him and Ellie experienced was worth a book that’s dedicated to moving on. When he cried...acccckkk so did I! I’ve never licked a tear but I thought about it. Then I thought about my BF and I was kinda grossed out and decided not to go there and stay in the moment of the book.

Okay- on to seriousness! This series makes me lose myself into the storyline. MNever is amazing. The only downside is that I’m so impacted by them, that I have to pace myself and listen to one book then wait a while until I listen to the next. I loved this story! I loved how Ellie discovered what she really wanted, her spunk and respect for herself etc. I loved Caine when he let out his monster, exposed all his feelings even though he was afraid. Oh it was so beautifully wicked! Oh and best of all- I loved how he knew how much to push and when to pull back.

Get this book. It’s in the Romance Package but I bought them bcz I like to Own and Claim stuff for myself lolololololol!!

Wow, this irresistible second book in the Decadence After Dark series was so hot and steamy! We find out how Kayne and Ellie are doing after she leaves him at the end of book one. Kayne is destroyed and doesn't know how to live without her. Ellie has picked up her life and moved to Hawaii to go to school. But Ellie hasn't forgotten the man who made her want forbidden desires. When Jett appears with a ticket to paradise where Kayne waits for her, she can't turn it down. When she sees Kayne, she doesn't make it easy for him, but she can't deny their connection is hotter than ever. Jett and London are there as well, adding to the fun and sexiness. But Kayne and Jett have made enemies, and the twist this story takes will have you on the edge of your seat. This is a breathtaking story of forgiveness, redemption, and discovery. It is still just as raw, emotional and erotic as the first book, taking my comfort level to the limit.
I was mesmerized by Muffy Newtown, and Sam Crowley's performance. They continue to make these characters come alive, showing their love, passion, fear, and vulnerabilities. They helped make this story even more powerful, dark, and intoxicating!

Rightfully in line from Owned...dark but full of love

This is book 2 and it picks up right after book 1....loved the conflict going on in Ellie and we see a different side of Kayne...I hated Kayne in book 1 but slowly melted for him and hi undying love for Ellie...

Kayne and Ellie part 2

This one picks up 1 year after Ellie left Kayne. She just could not get over his lies and deceit to stay with him. She now lives in Hawaii and has been attending school and is trying to move on with her life. For the past 3 months she has even been casually seeing a guy in one of her classes. Yet, no matter how hard she tries she cannot stop thinking about Kayne.

Kayne spent the first few months after Ellie left drunk and in a deep depression. Kayne finally decides to stop wallowing, gets his head together and sees if he can get Ellie back. After a couple failed attempts to test the waters to see where her head is at in regards to him, Jett steps up and presents Ellie with Kayne's final attempt to reconcile. If she doesn't accept it, Kayne is giving up and disappearing for good. Needless to say she gives in and accepts Kayne's offer of a tropical getaway to reconnect and see if anything can be salvaged.

It is in Bora Bora that everything gets heated, in and out of the bedroom. Boy oh boy do these guys reconnect; and I mean ALL of them...Kayne, Ellie, Jett and London. It is almost 2 weeks of intense conversations, emotions and hot, hot sex. Unfortunately, demons and ghosts from Kayne and Jett's past resurface and they must return to Hawaii to address some possible threats where poor Ellie ends up in the crossfires once again. Just the right amount of drama, suspense, romance and sexy times.

As always, the narration was excellent with these two.
