  • The Resurrection of Jesus - John 20:1-31
    Apr 5 2026

The first Easter wasn't met with immediate celebration—it was met with doubt. Mary thought someone had stolen the body. The disciples hid behind locked doors. Thomas refused to believe without proof.

But when they encountered the risen Jesus, everything changed. Doubt became faith. Fear became courage. Mourning became celebration.

"Because you have seen me, you have believed. Blessed are those who have not seen, and yet believe." - John 20:29

Pastor Louis reminded us in this message that the resurrection has the power to rewrite every story—including yours. What needs to be transformed in your life today?

  • The Crown or the Cross? - John Ch. 12:12-15 and 18-19.
    Mar 29 2026

From "Hosanna!" to "Crucify Him!" in just a few days.

Jesus knew the crowd's expectations - they wanted a conquering king on a warhorse. Instead, He came humbly on a donkey, choosing the cross over the crown we all would have chosen.

"You would have no authority over me if it hadn't been given to you from above" (John 19:11). Even on trial, Jesus remained in complete control, willingly laying down His life.

The King who deserved the crown chose the cross - for you, for me, for all of us. That's love beyond measure. ❤️✝️

  • Jesus Cares About You - John 17
    Mar 22 2026

In His final hours before the cross, Jesus' heart was burdened. His instinct? Go to the Father in prayer. But here's what's remarkable - He wasn't just praying for Himself or even just His twelve disciples. He was praying for everyone who would believe through their message. That includes us.

Jesus cares about our place and purpose in His Kingdom. He prayed that we would be unified as believers, sanctified by truth, and multiplied for His glory.

How does knowing that Jesus prayed specifically for you change your perspective today?

  • Lead Us - Matthew 6:9-13 & James 1:13-15
    Mar 8 2026

"And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from the evil one." - Matthew 6:13

When Jesus taught us to pray, He knew we'd need the Father's protection from the evil one's schemes. God doesn't tempt us, but He does provide a way of escape when temptation comes.

The choice is ours: take the bait and get hooked, or take the canal God provides for escape. When temptation winks this week, let's pray instead of flirt with sin.

Even if we've fallen before, Jesus offers restoration. It's never too late to repent and be resurrected to new life!

  • Forgiveness - Matthew 6:9-15
    Mar 1 2026

"And forgive us our debts, as we also have forgiven our debtors." - Matthew 6:12

When Jesus taught His disciples to pray, He included both receiving AND extending forgiveness. We all carry a sin debt we could never repay - like receiving an impossible monthly statement from heaven listing every wrong thought, word, and action.

But here's the incredible news: through Jesus, our statement reads "PAID IN FULL." 🙌

The challenge? Those who've been forgiven much should forgive much. This doesn't mean tolerating sin, waiting for apologies, or pretending wounds don't exist. It means choosing the freedom of the cross over the cage fight of bitterness.

  • God's Will - Matthew 6:9-11 & Matthew 26:36-39
    Feb 22 2026

"Your kingdom come. Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven." - Matthew 6:10

Sometimes our desired will doesn't align with the Father's will. Life doesn't go the way we planned - careers stall, relationships struggle, dreams feel delayed. In those Gethsemane moments, we can learn from Jesus who prayed honestly about His desires but ultimately surrendered to the Father's will.

The Father answers our prayers in three ways: yes, no, or not yet. Each answer flows from His infinite wisdom and love. Just as the Father's "no" to Jesus became a "yes" for our salvation, His responses to our prayers are always working for our good.

  • Our Father - Matthew 6:5-9
    Feb 15 2026

"Our Father in heaven, hallowed be your name." - Matthew 6:9

Jesus revolutionized prayer by inviting us into something extraordinary - calling the Creator of the universe "Our Father." This was the first time in history God gave such a personal invitation to approach Him relationally.

When we pray, we're not performing a ritual or trying to impress others with fancy words. We're having a conversation with our loving Father who already knows what we need before we ask.

The beauty of prayer isn't in its eloquence but in its intimacy. We can approach God with both relational affection ("Our Father") and exalted adoration ("hallowed be your name").

What would change in our prayer lives if we truly embraced both the intimacy and reverence of calling God "Our Father"?
