An orphan girl. A dark and twisted kingdom. An ongoing shadow war resulting in enslaved fairies.

This is the world of Cinder. A world where a girl like her can be sold to be human prey for a ritualistic hunt.

But on this night, even the predators might have something to fear. On this night, even a royal prince might find himself trapped by the expectations of the Dark King...and a girl like no other.

Contains mature themes.

This was an interesting tale. A version of Cinderella. I like the way it went and the creepiness of this Twisted storyline. worth the credit

Enjoyable and interesting

This is an enjoyable variation to the Grimm's tale of Cinderella. What I liked the most was how the author integrated the magic of faes in the kingdom of Midnight and why Cinder got the grace of the fae in contrast to the darkness the faes brought with them.

Cinder & the Prince of Midnight is dark, different, and surprisingly I liked it. Huge fan of Penryn & the End of Days and immediately I wanted to read this. It was different from what I expected and used to reading. It wasn't bad, I enjoyed it. It was dark, very dark some things I was very surprised to read. Caitlin Davies is one of my favorite narrators and she did a great job bringing this tale to life. I would recommend this to those who are a fan of Penryn. It's different but I still enjoyed it.

Liked most of the book. Ending was disappointing. It was a remake of Cinderella. Would have been better with more of a love story. Love her other books.

I love the way Susan EE writes, and this book wasn't dissapointing. A very twisted, dark, different story of Cinder. The ending shocked my mind and wants another story of this world. Thank you Susan.

I bought this because I enjoyed “Penryn and the End of Days” series very much, particularly the first two books.
Sadly, this book underwhelmed me. The characters were one demential, the relationships unbelievable and the story simplistic.
Very disappointing.
