AWESOME CHRISTMAS MYSTERY

It was very entertaining and listening to a husband and wife detective team trying to solve this cozy mystery, I got quite a few laughs out of it, it was very enjoyable and I highly recomend this book. The narrator's did a really great job to, I really enjoyed them as well.
It's not your typical Christmas story its better.

Murder right before Christmas!

Will the latest murder investigation ruin Sabrina and David's Christmas? Just when they thought they had prevented Kim's murder... they didn't. I really enjoy the interplay between the characters. I've said this in other reviews: Meredith Potts does really well at crafting conversation between the characters. She has some phrases that thread in and out of the stories. One is: stare him down. I had never heard that before listening to these books. And then I heard it in conversation recently! Huh. =) As usual, Sabrina and David track the killer down, this time with some help from their adult daughter, Jessica.

The narrator did a decent job of dramatizing the story. I did have to chuckle at her male voices, lol, but at least I knew who was speaking! She has a different style of reading than some of the other readers of the Sabrina books, not bad, just different. More of an introspection of Sabrina's thoughts.

I was given this audiobook in exchange for my honest and fair review. I highly recommend this and the other books with Sabrina if you enjoy cozy mysteries. For me, it is the perfect something to listen to while doing crafts, housework, or driving.

Amateur Sleuth

Meredith writes a great story. I’m not a big fan of women reading male parts though. If you don’t have my issues, listen to this great story.

I really enjoyed the characters, story, narration

I do love Sabrina and her family. With two cops and one amateur detective all related, Treasure Cove should know they cannot get away with anything. I enjoyed how Meredith Potts weaved in the family and friend relationships through the story, and I have come to care about them all. Stephanie Quinn did another wonderful job with the voices and bringing the story alive. The words of Ms. Potts and the narration of Ms. Quinn made my ride to work very enjoyable.

I received this audiobook as a gift, and this is my unsolicited review.

The depression was too much!

I was given this free review copy audiobook at my request and have voluntarily left this review.

The lead character was too emotionally involved in the case her depression killed the book for me. I stopped at chapter 19. I get it murder and crime are not to be celebrated but I thought the character would push past her depression and have passion on hunting the killer. I really tried to love this book. I really did. But the depression killed the story line. Sorry. But I do like other books by Meredith Potts.

Tis the season

A cozy mystery and Christmas, what more could you want? I really enjoyed this book and felt that the narrator did a good job bringing the story to life for me.

There was good mystery and suspense as you follow the clues and I listened to this one in one go. I had to know what happened and I was a tad surprised on occasion.
