Very relaxing listen!

A calming, faith-filled bundle that helps ease anxiety and quiet the mind. These meditations beautifully combine Scripture with rest, offering peace, healing, and deeper connection with God each night.

This book was exactly what I needed

Not gonna lie i was kinda side eyeing it at first cause the whole 3 in 1 bundle thing barely cracks 4 hours but then it hit me these are supposed to knock you out, not keep you up. Been wrestling with insomnia cause of work stress tried yoga nidra before but these christian meditations work way better for me probably cause i grew up in church. Narrator’s voice is super chill without being cheesy scripture is blended in real smooth and it actually shuts my brain off without me spiraling about my to do list. Used it in the hospital too when life got ugly and honestly it gave me peace i didn’t even know i could reach again. This bundle legit pulled me through some heavy nights where nothing else worked.

sleep improving

Not very lengthy audio for a bundle – less than 4 hours and that may surprise you at first. At the same time, these parts are supposed to result in sleep during meditation finally, so the right one shouldn’t be really long listening.

As many others, I sometimes have sleep issues that I guess related to some challenging situations at work. Previously, I had some positive experiences with practices like Yoga Nidra, and I have to say these Christian guided meditations work even better for me. And probably that’s pretty logical since I was raised in a Christian tradition.

I have trouble sleeping sometimes, so I thought why not check this out. It puts me down pretty quick

Christian meditations

This is a buddhism style meditation audiobook but for Christian. This is a good meditation book with relaxing sound for people that are not buddhist. Very relaxing sound with nice sound gentle voice guiding you in the meditation if you are a first time meditator.

So many good meditations!

I’ve been having some trouble falling asleep as of late and this book has helped me fall asleep faster. These meditations are so relaxing and peaceful they really work!

A great bedtime companion

I felt it helped me release the stress of the day. The reflections are very well connected to the Bible, and the narrator's voice is calm and not distracting. I just started using it at night, and it's been very helpful for me to relax.

Feel His Grace

This is such a good guided sleep/meditation ritual! It really helps bring me calm and peace of mind before bed. I know many people struggle at bedtime. If this helps even one Christian, the authors and narrators have done a great thing. Amen!

I'm crying happy and bitter tears

I’ve been reading this from the hospital while dealing with some heavy losses and old vices creeping back in… and honestly, it’s been a gift. Each night, these meditations helped me sleep, settle my heart, and feel God’s peace again. Not just sleep—clarity. Clarity about what I lost, and what I still have to do. I think I’ll be heading back home soon, and I know there are some things I gotta face… but I’m more grounded now. Really thankful for this book. It brought rest when I had none.
