Publisher's Summary

After taking New York by storm, Waverly Bryson thinks life can’t possibly get any better…until her gorgeous boyfriend, Jake, pops the question. Though she longs for a low-key wedding, anyone who knows Waverly knows that drama follows her wherever she goes - even down the aisle. Before she can meet the man of her dreams at the altar, Waverly must go head-to-head with his high-society mother, whose vision for their big day isn’t exactly meshing with Waverly’s.

Adding to the chaos is the impending departure of Paige, Waverly’s very pregnant retail partner; the addition of a meddlesome new producer to her popular TV show; and the arrival of her best friend, Andie, who’s carting one heckuva secret in her carry-on. Now as the clock ticks down to her wedding day, Waverly can’t help but wonder: Is her perfect world about to come crashing down? Or can she really have it all?

Predictable and easy

This is the moment we’ve been building up to. Will there be wedding bells? Will Waverly go from being a Ms. to a Mrs? Waverly is doing really well in her professional life, but her personal life is suffering. Her friend Andie is keeping secrets from her, her newest friend Paige is pregnant and moving away, and her perfect boyfriend Jake has a mom who wants to take over the entire wedding.

The narrator has almost broken me. I insisted on listening to the last book just because I wanted to finish the series, but I found myself turning it off and driving is silence many times because I couldn’t listen to her talk anymore.

As always, I like something that this a bit mindless (lacks depth in plot) and it’s perfect for when I need a break from some of the other books I listen to. It’s predictable and easy.

Well worth your time

Excellent combination of fairy tales & real life, with lots of laughs & a few tears. Added bonus, a great narrator. The character & her friends evolve so much that I can easily see this series continuing on & I hope it does. I'll be listening.

Only Julia

Thanks for $4.50 sale! It’s pretty close to ms Julia reading the phone book. This author is not for me as the dialogue is fairly youthful or elementary. I have found ms Julia reads after 2013 have a deeper voice for her males, which has made me 45 book fan of her reads. I had high hopes for the series and l am thankful l only purchased 2 books.

Wonderful Waverly

I fell in love with Waverly a little more with each book. She is a woman with spunk and sass who doesn’t give up even when things aren’t going her way.

I miss Waverly already!

What a fabulous series! I laughed with her, cried with her and tore up napkins in anxiety with her! I truly will miss all of these crazy characters quite a bit!

*Oh Waverly*

**3.5 Stars**

This final instalment sees Waverly as chaotic as ever. I liked the other 3 books more, this one was almost like Waverly has taken a step backwards. She has always been a people pleaser to a certain extent and often getting herself into mad situations. But her one special day that is coming up is about to be railroaded by her frosty mother in law to be.

Waverly is virtually bent over without a spine trying to be liked and hating herself in the process.

Does she redeem herself in the end?

I read and listened to this one and Julia Whelan does a great job, I recommend the audio
