Next to the real live tudor — these lessons are fabulous!! Love them! I feel I have a grasp of Chinese like I never have had before in my previous studies. My hearing has improved 100%.

Once again they spent half the lesson talking about the same thing over and over. How many times can you tell a person how to answer the phone? Now normally I like this method, but the previous lesson also talked about the phone and the one before that. THEN in true Pimsleur fashion they teach you 5 new words at the end of the lesson so you buy the next lesson. If you are reading this review keep in mind I have bought every single Mandarin lesson before this. from Mandarin Level 1- Mandarin Level 3. My advice to you is stop using Pimsleur after Mandarin 2. There are better and cheaper options out there once you get the basics.
