What an excellent resourse

When you're waiting for the kid to come, you want to learn everything you can, and there's not a ton of good content out there. This is perfect. It soothes a lot of your worries, and teaches you what you need to know to prepare for the big day. Great narration too.

the author talks about a lot of topics and subjects that are often overlooked. there are a lot of facts and great suggestions to make it smooth as can be. also, an insight of what is to come.

great basic info for humans creating other humans

As a mother of 5 sons, ages 25, almost 19, almost 13, 10, and 7.5, who has given birth traditional hospital-style, with a doula in the hospital and 3 safe and professional home births- I think this is great basic information everyone needs BEFORE they even have sex. The author mostly always refers to "husbands and wives" as the ones having a baby, so if this is a trigger, it may be difficult to absorb the info presented here, and the content is a bit outdated as far as where we are as a species on planet earth BUT for those who are creating traditional families - it's great advice to be aware of. Our world would be a WHOLE lot better off if the men who contribute to pregnancies actually dealt with the entire "production." Great narrator, great concept, required material for anyone who might conceive a child. Thank you to the men who aim to support the lives they helped create :)
