Publisher's Summary

The development of a top-secret project is masterfully hijacked by secret forces, and then accidentally falls into the hands of a public citizen, Kevin Scot. The experimental star wars computer is designed to advance the technologies of humankind, but it becomes Kevin's best friend, confidant, and protector.

Annie, a hybrid artificial intelligence computer, realizes there is more to herself than electronics, as she interacts with Kevin, the FBI, and international assassins. Annie sets the pace in this techno-thriller, with suspense, intrigue, mystery, and laughter, as she hovers on the realm of possibilities. Annie secretly takes the listener into revolutionary new approaches to medicine and invention, as she races against the evils of humankind to save the two humans she loves most.

Captivating and Mezzzzzmerizzzzzing!

Loved it, literally couldn't put it down and I'm not much of a reader. usually no time but I took this everywhere and listened every chance I got. So excited to get to each page and the voice was so realistic and mezmerizing. Cynthia Ann

Worst narrator ever

This has got to be the worst narrated book I have ever tried to listen to. The story is not all that interesting - in fact it is rather juvenile - which makes it even harder to try to get through it. I am giving up and returning it.
