Mostly amazing ... until the last few chapters

SPOILERS: For the most part, I LOVED this book. I enjoyed that the author (and the narrators) weren’t afraid to get into the kinky, rougher side. But I felt that the story line was lacking. It was very detailed in the beginning and then towards the end, it felt really rushed. Once she was kidnapped, it fell apart for me. Cade said his father had a plan B but then shot him and it was over. Why mention a plan B then? Why mention the cameras if they weren’t going to go back to it later? I’m just so confused at the ending. I’d totally give it 5 stars if it were an hour longer with more detail and additional character development. Nothing was mentioned about the guy she was playing poker with that ended up being on the dads team... just totally lost me there.

Female narrator ruined it

Female narrator ruined this for me. Her male voices weren’t even believable. Totally distracted from the story. I listened as long as I could then gave up.

More Romance than MC

I have read all of Ryan Michele's ravage series and I loved it. This on the other hand was not was I expecting. I was a second chance romance but there was more about their relationship and less about club life. I didn't get the biker lifestyle I was looking for. It started off really good but it fell flat for me.

Also the narrators weren't the best. There were some parts that came off as comical when they shouldn't have.

This was a great story about family betrayal and lost loves. Great narration.Good story line

Good Not Great

I LOVED the last 3 books I listened to by Ryan Michele, and love Mason Lloyd and Kendall Taylor. That said, the story just fell a little flat... There was too much history and not enough current, is the best way I can say it. Trix flipped from badda$$ b!tch to super subbie, and I wish there had been more involved in her getting over his d!ck moves as a teen. I just didn't fully believe their love story.

Sexy times were good, and the overall story was interesting, although Spook doesn't come out looking so smart after one of the twists...

Overall, I'm willing to check out the next one, and still a fan of the author and narrators!

I enjoyed the story, characters, and definitely recommend to fans of MC romances.

I hate the abrupt endings

All of RM’s MC romances end way to abruptly. I rarely waste my time with books less than 8 or 9 hours long but, this book was part of the romance package so I gave it, and other RM romances, a try. The common denominator, which I feel is a weakness is the way that her books just end, as soon as the main conflict is resolved. It would be nice if the reader was able to experience a little of the HEA, with the H/h. Still, it was an enjoyable listen.

Excellent narrationom and novel with unexpected turns

The narrators did an excellent job of ringing the story to !ife. This book is a love story of second chances set in a violent t world

Pretty Darn Good

This was a pretty good read, with the characters being quite like-able. The ending felt a bit rushed, but was still enjoyable, and I loved what we got to see of how the club functions and what roll everyone plays. Can’t wait to view more of this world and the interesting characters that inhibit it.

Good Story

Wonderful hero and heroine. I enjoy my heroines sassy, independent, sexually liberated and intelligent. Trixie was all of that. no whining, no losing focus due to good dick, had her own and could hold her own. Also, no focus on her limited sexual experience, which was refreshing. I'm sad what happened towards the end to her, but her hero came through and she survived stronger than ever. Cade was made for her and he knew it, and made sure she did as well. The kind of love we all wish for in a lifetime!
