This book will change your perspective

I'd recommend this book to anyone since it helped me a great deal. I thought I already had a basic knowledge of the Chakra system but, to my surprise, after reading this book I realized that there was much information that I just didn't know I'd been missing. So this book would be great for beginners as well as anyone else who may just want a refresher course on this incredibly important subject.

Read the book within a week! Loved it. I would suggest reading a beginner book on meditation first before chakras. Meditation knowledge brings light to the concept of chakras and with that basic knowledge it opened up my view even better. The book offered basic information of chakras because I was clueless. I really enjoyed the content and what it had to say. Highly recommended if you are willing to look beyond monotheism and expand your universe!

This book would probably be most helpful in paper format though, as a reference. As it lists a lot of great info that would be handy to look at when you need it.

Chakras for Beginners

This short yet informative book is a great introduction and guide for anyone looking to improve their physical, spiritual and mental health. This book and learning about Chakras was totally fascinating for me. It is simple and direct with only a few pages to detail the Chakras framework. Worth every penny.

A good introductory book for those who like to learn chakras as the book teaches you the points in our body where chakras are located and how to balance these chakras to be in tune with yourselves.And a lot more topic to get the full meaning of chakras. A good book to understand chakras and to internalize.

I thought it was a great starter guide. Not to much info just enough to get you started in learning about chakra energy.
