Relaxation and healing at it's best!

The focus on understanding and balancing chakras connected was interesting to me, especially regarding how our emotional and physical health intertwine. Informatively Healing

An easy read for anybody who is interested in chakras, regardless of your level. I Might Have to Try Chakra Healing!

I'm at the point in my life where medications don't always seem to address some of the problems I have. If it will change my health issues, it would be worth it. This book was quite thorough in its explanations, yoga exercises, and affirmations. It also mentions the vibrations of crystals, earthing, and different earth-related scents. I highly recommend this book!
