Short but with a punch
The book was written very nice, no frill and fluff or endless analogies, perfect length for the topic. I loved the various remedies, lifestyle changes and pitfalls to avoid. Anyone interested to learn more about the topic would definitely enjoy this book.

A Great Read
The narrator is upbeat and enthusiastic. The author gives much detail about cellulite both scientific and easy to understand. She takes a holistic approach and wants us all to do better for ourselves. There are nutrition, recipes and exercises. A nice summary brings the highlights together.

Surprised
I was genuinely surprised at how good this book was. It’s included in my membership and so I didn’t think it would be as good as it was. The author speaks from her own experience and because I could relate to her experience she had me from the beginning. I love her insights on phyto and aromatherapy and because of her will explore both in more detail. She is extremely thorough in describing what’s needed to successfully eliminate recipes. She gives you enough to take good notes. But frankly I will probably purchase the hard copy because there were so many gems that I’d rather have the book in hand. I appreciate all the “free” advice. If this is part of your membership and eliminating cellulite is a topic of interest… download this book. If it’s not part of your membership, buy it. It’s worth the money.

Summary of healthy practices
Found the title interesting, though I do not have cellulite, was rather curious on how to prevent it in future. This book is a summary of all healthy practices like eating clean & healthier, reducing or abstaining to eat sugars and junk food, reducing caffeine, staying active and taking time out each day for physical activity etc., etc., with some herbal tea recipes.
We follow most of what Marta mentioned in our day to day life along with grain-free diet, complete abstinence from all deep-fried foods, caffine and any form of added sugars including honey, maple syrup or even dates and though we do not know the effect on cellulite, I can attest personally that all these habits have helped us immensely - physically, psychologically and also financially (as we didn't fall sick even once in way over an year and my pollen allergy didn't kick in this year at all). We also have way more energy than any other time of our life and actually feel so much more alive and conscious and aware of our selves and our world. It's like the feeling of being reborn and wonderful. These habits are much more than worth following.👍
