Amazing read, amazing narration

I started searching for books based on the narrator, specifically Abby Craden. What a fantastic job she did narrating this book. Caught Sleeping as well as The Senator’s Wife were captivating. Each book sent me thru a range of emotions, anger, frustration, happiness, and laughter. I’m eagerly anticipating the third book in this series, and look forward to reading any future books by Jen Lyon.

Excellent story and amazing performance by Abby Craden

Absolutely loved Senator’s Wife and now Caught Sleeping. Jen Lying weaves together an engaging story. Abby Craden performed amazingly well. If I could give 10 stars I would. Ready to read Book 3: Whistleblower!

Compelling Listen

You never know what the expect… this was a fantastic second! Can’t wait until the third!

Riveting

This book held my interest from start to finish. It was most enjoyable and I can't wait to listen to the conclusion.

Superb Story and Fabulous Narration

This is a new author for me...I loved this two book series. Abby Craden...wow...such talent!!!

Good story line and voiceover!

I loved the books so naturally I listen to the audios as well! I love Abby Craden as well, she can do the different accents amazing!
The only thing bothered me was Dillon’s voice, I found it too feminin comoaring to her carachter and teh Unfinished line, but thats just a few sentences here.
All in all, I recommend this book of course!

The audacity this book has to end on me. I could read their life’s story forever in a loop. It was that good.

Love The Main Characters, But Wanted More Romance And Less Soccer!

I realize one of the main characters (Alex) is an exceptional soccer player, but this seemed to be the main focus of this second book. I know the main characters have to go through their own experiences of life (without each other) to figure out they wanted to be together. But there seemed to be a-lot meaningless filler. Yes, we have the scumbag spouse still being prevalent which makes sense, but would have preferred getting rid of him and having Catharine battle her father. I figure ex-spouse will of course win his election in book 3 and blah, blah. This is a well written book, but I was hopeful that the ending would be more romantic than a win and a kiss. Apologies in advance to soccer fans, but for me the ending was expected and boring. The narration (AC) was exceptional, as expected.

A sweet middle finger to the patriarchy :)

Narrator was outstanding with her velvety tone and variations of characters. Very well done. Story line kept me hooked through both books.
