Excellent book

I very seldom give 5 stars. I save 5 stars for near perfection and incredible inspiration (Les Miserables). Having said that, I still think this i's an excellent book. 4 stars are really high marks coming from me. I'd give it 4.5 of I could. I am enjoying learning more details of American history along with a very engaging story. I love historical fiction and this one does not disappoint! I love the characters and the story line. I cry and laugh frequently as I read. I highly recommend this series of books.

Love each book so far

Again I must say I loved it. This narrator is amazing. All her character voices are wonderful!!

Like a good Friend

I love the Bregdan Chronicles and this book #6 just leaves me wanting more. So glad I have #7 in my library.
I feel so close to this family their happy times and cry through the sad.
Ginny Dye has done a super job of telling this story of how it was in the South before,during and after the Civil War. It's fiction based on truth.
Please keep the books coming

Continuation of a wonderful series

I haven't finish the story's I far I think the story is very good that why I would like see how it end carry me on to this next

I like the story line so far. I would say this a good book to read if you like history. The over all story is very good.
