Lifetime Network

Would you recommend this book to a friend? Why or why not?

No, I wouldn't recommend this book. It's not what I expected or enjoyed. The book was lacking all the ingredients of a book about the drug game. Things like action, excitement, violence, sex or even the intensity involved with the pressures of being apart of that type of activity. It reminded me of a lifetime network type show. So, I guess if that's your cup of tea this book is for you.

Was Carl Weber's Kingpins worth the listening time?

NO...

Not Satisfied

This book was not what I expect when Carl Weber is involved. I've listened to both the first and second book and just not explosive as his other books.

A PLOT!!!

Daddy's Little Girl

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

Yes . The story was so emotional yet so action packed. It tells the story, as Daddy's like girl grows up in the dirty world of drugs she sees daddy doesn't lie.

What was one of the most memorable moments of Carl Weber's Kingpins?

1)How descriptive it was in the being when she is being taught by daddy at an early age the does and donts, the how to's and most of all. The start strong part before they seperate.

What does Soozi Cheyenne bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

She gives such defined tone when she narrates the actions in the beginning that makes you feel as if you were there receiving daddy's love

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

Yes, from the beginning til the time she leave New York.

Any additional comments?

A MUST listen to. I read it then listened to it.

A Total Snooze Fest

Would you try another book from Treasure Hernandez and/or Soozi Cheyenne?

Horrible. Boring. This book was so slow, it was actually painful to listen to. I kept waiting for the story to pick up and it never did. SMH.

What could Treasure Hernandez have done to make this a more enjoyable book for you?

Have a co-author to bring some excitement to the story.

How could the performance have been better?

Maybe multiple narrators would have made the performance better. Again, it was a snooze fest.

What reaction did this book spark in you? Anger, sadness, disappointment?

Major disappointment.

Boring what is the plot??

This was a very boring read. All you keep heading is Kafissa this kafissa that. The author continues to stress how much of a boss she is. Ok we get it. Nothing happens. Nothing interesting. Just blah blah blah. I want my credit back.
