I wish more people had access to this book and the tools/strategies inside when they really needed them. These are things we are not taught and don't inherently know how to do. Women, in particular, minimize and put up with behavior that can be so detrimental to their health, well-being, and careers. Often with the belief that this is the trade-off for being good, loyal, and getting what we want. But, Meredith is here to tell us, there IS another way. What if we could be happy, healthy, in a thriving career AND not have to receive/internalize any behavior that violates our personal boundaries? It's possible. Practical Advice for dealing with sexual harassmen

Instead of telling women to just try harder like "Lean In", which is useless advice, this book shows women how to effectively use psychological tricks to create healthy boundaries with a harasser. It also explains how women can look out for their own interests in a legal environment that is hostile towards them.

The narration was good and I found myself chuckling at the metaphors that the author provides which helps take the edge off a serious topic. It was a great road trip listen.
