Glad To See Cameron With His Own Book

What made the experience of listening to Cameron's Control the most enjoyable?

It was just the pleasure of listening to the story of the man behind Enthrall.

What other book might you compare Cameron's Control to and why?

I'm not into comparing one book against another because I don't feel that it's fair to either author. But there's enough in this series that you could compare this to any of the previous books and it's a great addition.

Have you listened to any of Sebastian York’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

I love listening to any book that Mr. York has narrated. There's just something about his voice. I end up losing myself in the book - I don't hear any outside noise, I forget what's going on around me, and I'm left seeing myself in the scenes that are playing out before me.

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

I think it's the point where a very alpha male is brought to his knees when he realizes that he has found the one that completes him.

Any additional comments?

Each book in this series just seems to get better and better. We get to see inside the world of a man that commands everything around him. He closes himself off from others because of what goes on in his personal life. But as a listener we get to have those words spoken that just wouldn't be the same when we read the book ourselves. In days gone by it was mostly women that did the narrating. I don't think I would have enjoyed this book as much if that was done here. We need that male voice letting us know what Cameron is saying and feeling. The author has other projects going on right now so that gives me time to go back and enjoy the Enthrall books that I have missed. I do like to read books, don't get me wrong, but there's just something about this series that I prefer someone to do that for me. This is listed as a standalone but do yourself a favor and enjoy this series in order. You will get a better understanding of the characters this way.I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Audio Copy of this book.

Fantastic POV and amazing narration!

Great insight into who Cameron Cole is. I really enjoyed it and all the twists and turns that kept me on the edge of my seat. Sebastian York does a great job narrating, as always. Totally worth a credit.

Love Cameron!

Where does Cameron's Control rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

I enjoyed listening for two reasons, it's Vanessa Fewings and SebYo is narrating! Vanessa does an awesome job! Its full of non stop action and she does well writing the hot sex scenes. But this book goes way beyond that.

What was one of the most memorable moments of Cameron's Control?

I enjoyed the entire book!

Which character – as performed by Sebastian York – was your favorite?

Cameron of course

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

I think I was surprised by some of the scenes in the book. From a punishable scene involving rope to the when Mia must be rescued.

This series is flawless

I have been obsessed with this series since I found out this audio because is read by Sebastian York. So, i started with book 1 and it was lust and love at first read.
Mia, Richard and Cameron are such fascinating, intense, and sexy characters. My kindle have been on fire for days as I am reading and listening these books.

Love triangle, BDSM scenarios, drama, love, dangerous situations, mysteries and more.

Sebastian York does an amazing job as always. his voice brings Cameron to life and imprints a ultra sensual personality.

I was so worried about Mia's decision I had to read reviews and chapters in advance because I was dying to know if she would choose Cameron.

obviously, I will continue with next book another masterpiece for sure and read by Yorkie. I don't need more.
thanks to the audible romance package and Vanessa Fewing for these amazing days

Erotic Suspense!

Cameron Cole has trained submissive Mia Lauren for Richard another dominate. Cameron finds he can’t let go of his creation and Mia is just as obsessed with him.

Author Vanessa Fewings has become one of my all time favorite writers of erotica. Why? Because she always delivers an outstanding story with the depth and detail of standard romance and then adds in the kink. Cameron’s Control is a nice mixture of romance, suspense, and erotica.

Yes, It has the dreaded cliffhanger, but at least we don’t have to wait forever to get the next book in the series.

What a coup getting Sebastian York to narrate the series! He does his usual fantastic job and only enhances the telling of this story. With Vanessa’s writing and Sebastian’s reading, this audiobook, which comes in at just over 5 ½ hours is an easy five stars.

This audiobook was gifted to me in exchange for an unbiased review!

Five stars! Highly recommend

Before I start my review let me tell you that this is the first time I listen to an audiobook and I am speechless. Now I understand the fascination about audiobooks. Literally, the characters come alive trough the voice of the narrator. He is able to transmit feelings and expressions, something that could be missed while reading.

Sebastian York is the man who gave his voice to Cameron. He has a very sexy voice that matches perfectly Cameron. This is exactly how I imagined it when I read the book some time ago. Vanessa did a good choice. Listening to this audiobook was amazing.

This is about Cameron. He is an intelligent billionaire and a dominant. A sinful male who has found his perfect submissive. He had trained her for his best friend but lately he realized that he was captivated by her. If you have read the first books of the series you will know what I mean. Cameron’s Control is told by the man side. (So you will enjoy the man’s mind as much as I did.)

At this stage Cameron will keep Mia for him. As her Master he will explore and worship her body. He will consume her soul and will control her as everything in his life.

The chemistry is intense. They have a steamy relationship that is evolving into something stronger but some people of their past will try to hurt them.

I highly enjoy the evolution of Cameron and Mia's relationship. It is a pleasure to see how a dominant lose a bit of control because his emotions. Mia is the perfect and devoted submissive but she also has a strong character. She will do everything to please Cameron. They are in love and they protect each other in different ways.

A strong point is the signing of the Dom-Sub contract. It will be a discussion for them which of course Cameron win.

If you are into audiobooks you can’t miss this one. You will fall in love with Sebastian (the narrator).

Sebastian York is "enthralling"!

4.5 Crazy Ass Stars!!!

First off I should disclose that I didn't read the Enthrall Trilogy. I did feel a little lost in the beginning but not too lost that I felt like I couldn't get a grasp on things. Vanessa does a great job of giving just enough info to catch up on things. Now, the book whore in me though will be reading those books soon.
Sebastian York has this way with his narrations that just draw you in and keep you "enthralled" (pun very much intended). Seriously though, he could read the phone book and I would be on the edge of my seat. He totally made Cameron's character come to life for me.
I wasn't feeling a connection between Cameron and Mia at first. Maybe that had something to do with not reading the previous books. I don't know but it kind of felt off until Mackenzie entered the picture. The tension/drama Mackenzie added to Cameron and Mia's relationship seemed to connect with them as a couple more.
That ending though. I had to start Cameron's Contract before I could write this review. It would have killed me to wait.

The Enthrall Session series should be read first

Confused. So, so confused. First with the numbering of the books of this duet (how could one be labelled book 4 while the other was labelled book 2?) and once I figured out CAMERON’S CONTROL was actually the first one, with the story itself. Maybe book one of this duet being labelled as book 4 should have been indication enough, but I’m stubborn – and maybe was a bit blinded by the fact that the audio book was narrated by Sebastian York. Lol. So, to cut a long story short, I highly – urgently – recommend to start with the first three books in the Enthrall Sessions series, which are in Mia’s POV, otherwise you won’t really have a clue what the heck is going on – like me.

It took me until the last third of the book – as I mentioned, I’m stubborn and don’t give up that easily – to get into the story and connect with the characters, understanding the who’s who. Cameron and Mia are in a fragile and new Dom / sub relationship – Cam being hesitant about his feelings as he has never felt like this before for a woman and Mia worried that Cameron will soon grow tired of her. That’s when Cameron’s past comes out to play and things get far more complicated than a new relationship…

There are so many names and terms and events I am still unsure of, and I’m not sure how many of my questions will be answered with the second book, but I know I will continue listening. Because no matter how confused I was – still am – I got to like Cam (although I have yet to see a truly dominant Cameron) and Mia – and Cam’s head of security – a lot and want to know more. It doesn’t hurt that the writing is amazing and the storyline totally intriguing and that Sebastian York is doing an incredible job at bringing the characters to life. Can you believe it’s the first time I’ve listened to one of his works? I totally get the hype now!

BEWARE! This is labeled book 1 but actually it's book 4 of the Entrall series!

I purchased this because come on, SEBASTIAN freaking YORK!!! Anything he reads is an automatic buy for me which is what got me in trouble, even though this is supposed to be book 1 of a duet it is actually book 4 of another series! Go freaking figure!

I kept rewinding chapter 1 thinking I missed something because the book seemed like it began in the middle AND IT DID!

Maybe I misread or misunderstood the summary but I thought I was getting a duet, not a continuation of a series that was never mentioned! To get the full understanding of this book you must read Entrall Him, Entrall Her and Entrall Secrets first, this is not a duet regardless of what the summary says so beware.

I returned the book without even getting to chapter 2 because it was pointless, it was like coming in on the tail end of a conversation and trying to figured out what all was being said before.
