As a business owner who has read many business growth and success books, I've found some great nuggets in this audiobook. Fortunately, it was an easy and interesting listen (can't say that about all for sure) with memorable annecdotes and stories to illustrate important concepts. I appreciate the framework, assessment for insights and gauging growth, and tangible strategies. This audiobook is a must for any Csuite candidate or business owner because no matter where you lie in the peak growth/performance "rank" it's important to know WHY so you can continue to do what you do and help that spread to others in an organization or to be aware of where you're not YET and to be able to strive for improved awareness and progress in your growth.
