I feel like this is good as a primer before reading the book, or good if you're looking for a rough overview. But to get an actual deep understanding you'll need the physical book. The one change that would help a lot is describing the photos. Quite often you hear "Write your code like this" without knowing what is being discussed. Still, I'm glad I listened to it and would recommend it.
