Redo the chapter on having kids. Need to include financials of having more kids and starting at a younger age.

Awesome book

Great book from financial samurai on investing, personal finance, and other hacks. Loved all the diagrams, tools, and practical advice. Wish there was a little more on private investing (syndications). Also the reading performance was a little robotic - would have preferred the author to have read the whole thing.
