gave up after 1.5 chapters. kept banging on

load of rubbish. kept banging on about religion in first chapter and other bollox in chapter 2 and gave up.

Great book full of insights

I enjoyed this book immensely and can’t wait to start putting the advice into practise.
Samuel is full of wisdom which is clear cut and babble free. The advice is succinct and applicable.
I would highly recommend this book if you’re a beginner like myself looking to get started.
I got the audio version which I enjoyed so much I will be buying the book.

The best property book I have ever read

This is the best property book I have ever come accross. If you want to learn how to be a property developer in 2017/18, buy this book. You won't regret it!

Absolutely blown away.

Samuel Leeds you are phenomenal !!!. This book is a 3 Day workshop seminar at the advanced (extra paid for) stage, in it itself! Soooo much VALUABLE information . We have to meet up.

I am a beginner in property and would be blessed to work with you.

some useful tips but makes it sound too easy.

There's no doubt he is entertaining, but I always cringe when these guys make everything sound so easy. In the end you have to remember that this is just marketing material.
