Great advice with evidence!

I chose this book in the hopes that it will challenge and inspire him to be more aggressive. He read this book twice because he devoured it! He put what he had learnt into practice right away, and his behavior has already changed. If you want to grow up a little bit and are a child who is too innocent for this world, I suggest reading this book.

Full of great practical advice.

I listen to this book while I was contemplating leaving my teaching position because of the stress it was causing me. Three months in advance, I found myself packing my classroom and announcing my departure. I was able to go through this because of my mental fortitude.

Great information !!

First off, it was simple to listen to, which adds to its attractiveness. There seems to be a ton of information! All of my athletes and pupils will get my recommendation. I bought it using my wife's credit card!

Simple yet motivating.

This book arrived at a moment in my life when I had suffered a huge loss. One of the books I added to my reading list to help me concentrate my thoughts and regain the mental toughness I'd lost after so many years was this one. Due to the exercises, I was able to put my knowledge into practice and regain my concentration.

Highly recommend this book!!

I bought this book for my son, who was first hesitant to read it. However, he quickly fell in love with it and began to tell me stories about the preparations that other players make for games. How mental attitude and visualization are crucial to performance. He was genuinely motivated, and possibly by coincidence, his last few games have been outstanding. His performance was outstanding, and his mentality before, during, and after were like night and day.
