Now, when I say "spring cleaning", I don't just mean getting rid of all the extra junk you've stored in your house all winter. What I really mean is getting rid of the things that aren't aligning with you anymore. Whether that be certain people you're following on social media or even certain relationships, I'm here to remind you that you have a right to set boundaries and protect your mental health. If something isn't serving you anymore, I really encourage you not to be afraid to purge it from your life, not from a place of hatred but from a place of simply knowing what's best for you. Perhaps one day you'll be able to reconnect with the person you had to disconnect from but for now, remember that you ARE NOT a bi*ch for having boundaries!
