Broken and Torn Down – Living with a Narcissist was born from the quiet pain that so many carry in silence — the kind of pain that doesn’t always leave bruises but leaves deep wounds just the same. Though this is not a memoir, the story reflects the emotional landscape of those who have endured toxic relationships, lost themselves in the process, and found the strength to rise again.
Writing this was both a release and a reckoning. It became a way to make sense of what I’ve lived, witnessed, and learned — about love, manipulation, survival, and healing. If you’ve ever felt trapped, unheard, or broken by someone who claimed to love you, I hope this story reminds you that you are not alone… and that freedom is possible.
