Bringing up the first baby in Hell will test the parenting skills of the stalwart skeleton and his demonic partner, for Mona is no ordinary child. She soon exhibits powers that would make a devil blanch.

The First Baby has her own set of firsts—from words to steps to a hospital visit—and they all unfold in madcap fashion.

Circles in Hell has been compared to other works of “Hell Fiction” including The Screwtape Letters and Good Omens and to the paranormal humor of Tom Holt, Christopher Moore, Gary Larson, and Douglas Adams.

So much in the short story. It hits all the best parts of the series.

Great story

I like Mark Cain's circle of hell books, and I found the concept entertaining, and thought provoking. That being said, I believe there could have been more meat to this story. it seemed too short to truly encompass all of the potential stories that could come from chaos being unleashed in hell. it was nice to see cameos by the other character, but a bit disjointed. good story though, for what there was.

I've listened to every book in this series multiple times and enjoy them every time. Mark Cain has created a truly amazing universe. You know a series is great when even the "supporting" characters can carry a story on their own.

Another fantastic addition from the Circles in Hell universe. If you enjoy a humorous fantasy that is well written, start reading the Circles in Hell series of books.
