Good story

Good story, likeable couple, annoying friends and a plot twist or two that kept things interesting. I was missing the guy's perspective along the way. Passionate scenes were sizzling.

Fun deep and good

This was a fun listen and I loved how Max took Josephine and worshiped her like she’s never had done before. There’s a lot of twist and turns in this one so make sure your buckled in.

I have major pet peeves with books that I read. Some can drive me to DNF a book that many others love. Some can make me give a low star rating at the end of the book because they bother me so much. In the case of this book is the latter but was close to the former. Lack of communication between the leads, one person trying to communicate while the other walks away, spouses that keep secrets that cause misunderstandings, no addressing insecurities that either person has. The list goes on. For me the narration saved the reading for this book.

Love, Action and Triumph.

Loved the read! Had everything, funny romantic, exciting and action. Great nararrator brought the storyline to life.

It’s nice to have a BBW as the heroine

It’s a cute story, it’s not fantastic, however it is entertaining and will warm your heart and remind you that even large women can be loved by big burly men! Take the time to listen, it’s worth it.

I love these hot, sexy shape shiftier stories.. It is times like these when we need a little fantasy in our lives. This series promises to be sizzling. I cannot wait to listen to the next audio book.

I miss GSC’s earlier Fluff

This is supposed to be light, fluff reading and the storyline starts that way with Josephine posing as the Bride in place of Camille, but Alpha Maxwell takes the switch in stride. Then it goes dark. Camille’s step uncle is the abusive Alpha of her previous pack and there’s also political and magical corruption going on. Josephine and Maxwell’s very lives are at risk. Sheesh
The good news is Mitchell’s narration. She does a great job, same as her contemporary urban romances. This makes 12 Mitchell narrations in my library.

Great start to the Series.

The story was great, the plot, the love, and the love making. Can’t wait to see what’s up next in the Peak!
