Publisher's summary

This is a book of understanding the effects of trauma, the importance of healing, and how to transform adversity into purpose. Families repeat patterns from one generation to the next that are not always positive. We are all influenced by experiences we may not remember or don't fully understand. In this audio, you will learn how conditioning and trauma in our formative years affect our lives today and why we believe, feel, and act in ways that do not serve us. No one has walked in your shoes, and no one can understand your life but you. If you didn't want something that you got or needed something that you did not receive and it is causing you discomfort, then take the time to explore it. Be honest with your discontent and find the source. Realizing something is missing in your life and maintaining your old views and patterns is not a fun place to be. You alone have the responsibility and power to change.

In this audio, the childhoods of two newsworthy individuals, as well as my own, will be examined, revealing the impact it has had on their adult lives. Listeners will learn how to take control of their life, discover accelerated techniques and approaches extracted from neuroscience that will heal childhood burdens, break through emotional barriers of inner shame, overcome dependencies, and heal emotional wounds at their core.

Do you feel indifferent, incomplete, or unsatisfied? Are you searching for fulfillment, purpose, and happiness? To never know love and not discover your true self is living a life without meaning. Confronting and healing trauma transforms suffering and opens our hearts to immeasurable peace and joy we never imagined. When negativity is released, only love remains.

This life is not a dress rehearsal. The answers to finding your authentic self are within you. Can you imagine a world in which each of us has accomplished this undertaking? We can change this world, one person at a time, and it begins with you and me. Our journey aims to find wholeness, discover a sense of meaning and purpose in our life, and the love that lies within us. You can only see the light and goodness in others when you first discover it within yourself.

If you want a better life for yourself, are tired of being abused, mistreated, or suffer from addiction, depression, and loneliness, this book was written for you!

Very insightful

Mary provides insights into a persons childhood experiences and how to recognize those effects. It also allows one to recognize the experiences your parents had as well. Would recommend to those wanting more insight into themselves or others.
