Swoon worthy!!

I loved listening to Breaking Promises:A Protective Alpha Male Romance by Avery North because it was a very sweet story. Rachel had enough heartache in her life to last a lifetime. She was not willing to take a chance on Chris who she met at the hotel where she worked. But Chris was very persistent and when they were together, it was steamy. I received an audio code of this story in exchange for an honest review. I loved it!!

Sweet, short, romantic story!!!

Breaking Promises is the fifth book in the Chiltern Hotel series and it follows Rachel and Chris!! She’s the front desk manager and he’s a contracted IT consultant. He comes in to help when her computer dies. But, when she meets him, she comes alive! They hit it off…but, then she closes down. Nice story!!

Narrated by Sheri Stewart who does a great job of interpreting the characters in the story!!

I am volunteering to leave a review for an Advance Reader Copy of this Audiobook.

Not for me

The narrator sounded like she should have been reading a children’s book. There was no depth to the characters and the title says “a protective alpha male” but there was not protection needed in this story. I’m sorry to say but that was time wasted.
