Worthwhile Read! A++

This is a fantastic book that leaves you wanting more. It is packed with lots of food for thought and will have you listening to the book, over and over, reviewing its chapters and taking notes! I highly recommend this book and I have recommended it to several peers, friends and my book club - all had rave reviews! I hope you enjoy this book as much as I did.

A must 'Hear' for those who want to Break the Bad!

Breaking and Changing our Bad Habits can be not only challenging but at times a nightmare! But listening to this audio book makes me feel confident enough to be able to finally Break a few of my Bad Habits!

One important factor I had never realized until after listening to this book, was that we must take note of all our good habits and protect them also! This is something the author, really points out well because this makes us confident enough to be able to break those few bad!

It takes as much as just half an hour of our time to get into a Mindset of wanting to break a lifetime of bad habits!
Of course, listening is one thing and applying is another but his 'SAME' technique is not only easy to remember but also easy to want to apply!! The techniques may sound simple but are quite powerful when done with dedication and persistence.

Very well narrated with enough examples to explain how Breaking the Bad and Replacing them with Good needn't be as dreadful as our minds make them out to be.

A must hear for all those who are ready to effectively Break their Bad and Make their Good Habits.

Quick, Easy to listen and Compelling

Will have to look for more books by this Author. John's Syntax, vocabulary, voice, and tone made me feel as if he was speaking directly to me
