Good Basic Book

This book goes over basic structures of businesses. One thing I learned that is so valuable is to keep business and personal financials separate. If you're just starting out, you'll want to read about the different roles accountants play in businesses.

Definitely recommend

Bookkeeping and accounting have been two ideas that I regularly try to resist off.
This step-by-step guide was surprisingly straightforward to follow.
You can tell this author (Greg Shields) loves what he does.

I hate accounting

I hate accounting, and I’m having a really hard time understanding the concepts being taught; however, this is the best book on the topic I’ve heard so far.

I think this is a good book for newer businesses. It helps understand the different aspects of accounting. I guess everyone is on different levels in their understandings of accounting terms.

Enjoyable book to listen and learn when at home.

Whether you’re a newcomer or a specialist, you still can learn many things from this book. This is the fourth book that I have picked up about Bookkeeping and Accounting, and feeling this much better than the last three.

One of the best introduction.

This is a great introduction to accounting and bookkeeping book. I would recommend this small business owners to help & understand the accounting practices for their small business.

Where was this book when I took accounting in college? I like that it used plain language and was very easy to understand. This has good basic information.

Learned more about accounting then I had in class.

This is a collection of teachings. I thought the book ended, 'was it 3 times?', several times before its final ending. There was one surprise and was the best part of the listen.

A Perfect Book

A perfect bookkeeping and accounting reference book for beginners. So easy to understand and full of useful information. A bargain! This book alone will not make you an expert or to be able to handle your own accounting, but I do recommend this book as a guide to get you going.
