This unlikely trio follows the woman’s trail, first to Edmonton and then to Yellowknife, a remote diamond-mining city deep in the Northwest Territories. What they find in Yellowknife is more sinister than they ever could have imagined.

Temperance Brennan lives up to my expectations

Where does Bones Are Forever rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

I love Kathy Reichs so this book is right up there among my favorites. It is my first audiobook of her stories and I will be back for more.

Did the plot keep you on the edge of your seat? How?

Her plots are always intriguing and exciting. This one didn't grab me like some have but it was very good.

What about Linda Emond’s performance did you like?

Yes I liked her performance. This was my first book read by her. So far my favorite is Davina Porter but not everyone must be a master or mistress of complex dialogs. Ms. Emond was very good.

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

No. It held my interest and I will be listening to it again.

Intriguing story which holds interest to very end.

If you could sum up Bones Are Forever in three words, what would they be?

One of her best.

What was one of the most memorable moments of Bones Are Forever?

There were too many to pick out just one..

Which character – as performed by Linda Emond – was your favorite?

Temperance was only one I recognized---speech was clear and imparted emotions that one would expect in specific circumstances.

I love Kathy's books for their attention to detail and the variety of her situations.

The book was well performed. Good pace of the reading

It was long and technical. Over descriptive in places.

Suspenseful, interesting, occasionally tedious

There was a little too much information about gold mining. It got a little tedious.

With the ability to be technical without being dry, Kathy Reichs tells a fascinating story!

What did you like best about this story?

This particular rendering of the Tempe Brennan story is emotionallly provocative! I felt the emotions the characters experienced as if I too was part of the story!

I love the narrator's take on Summer and Tempe.,

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

This installment is definitely emotional as it deals with babies. If you can't handle newborn deaths, beware.
