Start here

This book has so many topics that will help you get started if you are looking to get into body building. I mean the author reviews things from anatomy and physiology and diving into how muscles and hormones work, how do they all affect each other etc. Then we learn about the various phases of body building which I thought was really helpful so that you could get an overview of each stage to understand what it may entail. The author has such passion for this topic and you can feel it in the book. I think this book is a great starting point for anyone who is a beginner or wants to know more about what to expect. I can't express enough how many details are shared so that you get the good, the bad and the ugly before making your decision on how to move forward. Props to this author for putting together such an organized book.

Down to earth thoughts on getting buff

Honestly, diving into this audio series felt like having a no-nonsense chat with a gym buddy who knows their stuff. It wasn't about throwing around big, fancy terms or trying to sell me on a magic bullet for gains.
