Sooooo good!!

Not at all what I expected but sooo good! I would highly recommend. There is humor, drama, and love. Can’t wait for the next book. Excellent narration.

She playing too many games

The games she played was crazy and it was too much at times The things she did to hide the trauma

Body language whew!

Let’s talk about Body Language because WHY am I still thinking about that ending?! 😩🔥

Nivea been through TOO much since childhood and it shows in how she moves—she not chasing love, she chasing security 💰

But babyyyy… Kendrix?! 😮‍🔥
That man didn’t stand a chance once he met her.

The tension?
The chemistry?
The emotional damage on BOTH sides?!

Yeah… this ain’t no soft love story. This is trauma meets passion and I was EATING IT UP 👏🏾🔥

But that birthday scene?!
OH. MY. GOSH. 😩💥

Now I’m sitting here like:
👉🏾 Are they DONE done?
👉🏾 Or is love about to fight back?!

Because I NEED answers 😭

This Story is Beautiful

I did a reread of this story because of it being in audible and I’m so glad I did the narration was beautiful

WTH!

I did not see that ending coming what a plot twist! I hope that their story is continued in the next book.
