Publisher's summary

If you want to discover how to spot and adopt alpha behavior, then pay attention....

Have you ever wondered why some people get promoted at work?

Or why some bosses are more respected than others?

Would you like to learn how to be more confident in social situations and how you can combat shyness?

This audiobook will discuss how successful people, specifically those noted as alphas, communicate with body language. What makes people take notice? What is it about them that communicates power?

This audiobook will discuss what it means to be an alpha and what makes them winners in whatever they do. It is a description of their characteristics and traits and how they impact others through nonverbal communication - from how they walk, stand, hold their hands, head movements, and facial expressions to what each of their movements means.

Here’s just a tiny fraction of what you’ll discover:

  • What is an “alpha” and why are they winners?
  • The alpha male: how to spot one
  • The alpha female: how to spot one
  • Body language in social situations: how to charm
  • Body language in dating: how to impress with charisma
  • Body language at work: how to be memorable
  • And, much much more!

Loved It

Best book I know of on body language. I have read a handful of books on the subject, but this one stands out in my mind. A great book to read in a busy place and people watch. One of those books that are so enlightening you never see the world the same again.

Straight Forward

This is one of my favorite books I have read in a long time. I knew a little bit about body language before, but this book set me straight and opened my eyes to the nonverbal signals people give out. At times watching people can be hilarious because their words are opposite of their body language and it just cracks me up.

Very Interesting

An interesting book that opens your mind to body language. I found it tells me more about my body language than reading others. It did get me suspicious and sometimes nervous looks when listened to it at work. My colleagues were worried I could read their minds I guess. :)

Good Guide

An excellent guide to human body language and decoding what others are thinking based on their posture, position, and gestures. It also offers advice on how to communicate better through appropriate body language and how to convey information more easily.

Pretty Accurate

A great book with lots of interesting information. In general, everything seems very legitimate. It will certainly take some deep and repeated study to make use of this information.

Body Language

This is an excellent book on body language. The author gives a definitive overview of body language. The book goes into painstaking detail, talking about various parts of the body and the gestures they can make, different social situations and how body language can affect it, and the deeper psychological meaning behind body language.

Good Refresher

If you know about the different things body language says about people, then this is a good refresher on somethings we may have forgotten for the newcomers, it is adequately paced.
