Robyn Carr and the years after 9-11
Robyn Carr does a great deal of research for her books, I’m sure, but for Blue Skies, she has done an exceptional amount! Her blend of fact and fiction strikes a “good read” balance! As always, I enjoy her characters, at least the good guys! Thanks Robyn Carr!

Enjoyable
A light, happily ever after story based on the dynamics of the airline industry and the interpersonal relationships of three individuals. Although I enjoyed this listen it is not one of Robyn Carr’s best. Well narrated.

Would make a good TV series
With Holly Hunter as the main character. That’s what I was picturing as I was listening to the book. I loved her in the movie ALWAYS and at times the book reminded me of that movie.
It took me a couple chapters to get into it. I actually stopped listening to it, listened to another book, then came back to it.
The narrator’s male voices were a little difficult to differentiate. I feel bad criticizing because it’s not like I could do better. Overall I did like the narrator. I think I just had to get use to her.
