Thrilling continuation
I could not put this book down! I was randomly rehashing scenes when at work and out of the house. So much happens in this book that leaves you reeling, simultaneously pulling you in into Cora's world further: all the devastation and danger, all the love and sacrifice, all the action and emotional roller-coasters.
And as always, I keep imagining this as a TV show, flirting with the idea that somehow this will be transformed into a visual format and the special effects are going to be out of this world.
The fantastic twist at the end leads us to envision where the next book is going to take us and I can only imagine one explosive ending!

Honestly, the whole series is great
The narration is great. I'm able to stay engaged and when they instill emotion into their voice, I feel more of what the character is experiencing, which I love. Sometimes the "fade to black" moments during peak action moments are a little uncreative but I still really enjoyed the story.
