Mirabella Owens grew up with legends of wolves that traveled to her midwestern town to protect humans from vampires. But Mira refuses to let him keep his secrets, not when the truth is the difference between life and death.

Mira will have to accept that there is much more to the old town myths, and her growing feelings for Julian, than she ever could have anticipated. And as the Blood Moon rises, she will come to know a world that will shatter her past and change her future.

Great story

The story had a bit of a slow start, but it was hard to put down.

I do love a good werewolf vampire storyline. I can’t wait for the next book in this series.

BLACK GIRL, WEREWOLVES, VAMPIRES- OH MY

this book was one of my most anticipated reads of the fall and I'm satisfied. now some things were predictable but overall was good. Definitely felt like the late 2010s fantasy vibes which made the story more charming to me

I loved the pacing and narration.

I loved listening to this. As soon as the book ended I had to relisten again and it only got better. I love the writing. I wish we got to know a little bit more background about the characters but, I think this first book is just introducing us to everyone. Love her relationship with her friends and so excited to see where things go with Julian and seven. The ending of the book was really good. Can’t wait for the next book 🙌🏾

The vampire diaries , Twilight that didn’t disappoint

Wow this was fast paced and filled with all the supernatural creatures we love in The Vampire Diaries and Twilight.

Who doesn’t love 2 supernatural love interests. So much mystery and that ending was 🤯. Talk about a cliff hanger. Can’t wait for book 2.

THIS WAS SO GOOD WHAT DO I DO NOW?!

The story’s complexities and the odes to TVD/Twilight but better!! The angst and tension nearly burned me alive. I trust no one by the end.

I really enjoyed the narration and I may d— waiting for the next book.

This book is such a good fall, horror title. The way it had a grip on my time, I could not put it down …I need book two! The love for Bonnie Bennett is so apparent and just chef’s kiss.

I didn't like how the narrator pronounced Missouri. but other than that her performance was awesome
