Publisher's summary

Mr. Slow took his time in life. Love, family, and the job were functions performed by the man he needed to be. A phone call in the middle of the night transformed him into the man he’d always wanted to be. Everything he ever wanted for himself was within his grasp, but he was reluctant to reach for the happily ever after he craved.

Abigail Barnes was the cherry on top of the ideal sundae. A woman who is not willing to be tied down by any man, for any reason. When her cousin goes missing, she makes the one phone she’s been dreading for nearly five years. She needed to call the man who turned her emotions on end, making her want all the things life didn’t have time to give her, but she needed his help.

Arriving in the middle of the night to help the woman who made him lose sleep, he discovered the two of them shared more than three hot nights in a cheap hotel in Mexico.

Prepare to stay up late and learn of the man the technicians call Mr. Slow, but also the man, Gabriel Neary, the Archangel, calls his cousin.

Glad his Blind Spot was removed!

I remember while listening to this book just how loud I laughed when I read this book. Four year old Naomi was simply adorable and I am still trying to find out how one stares mutherfuckingly! The storyline is suoerb, the narration is on point and the characters make you want to claim them all as friends and family except the collector! The collector you want to rid the world of! overall, I am well pleased and will spend many days and nights listening to this story again!!! Thank you Olivia, you never disappoint us your loyal readers!!!!!

Bring On the Rest

I was a bit surprised they still begin with Book One of the series. However the suspense and humor makes this a worthwhile read. The narrator handled the characters well.

I want that stare

Bravo Ms. Gaines bravo. I thoroughly enjoyed this book. The narrator is first rate and I hope she will be the voice of the series. I will now dive into the e-books in this series while I wait for the audio versions to become available. I'm very sure that this book will become one of my repeat listens. I've enjoyed the Mail order brides series. Now I'm hooked by the technicians. Ms. Gaines' works have me captivated ... motherfuckingly! Cheers.
