Worth every minute!

Another dazzling read by Dannika Dark and performance by Nicole Poole. One of my favorite things about this series as well as all the rest is the character dynamic and banter. This book in particular definitely clears some things up with Shepherd which is great. I'm still waiting to learn more about Gem, Niko, Claude, and Blue. Learning more about Raven and Christians relationship development is the reason I draw breath in this life 😉 besides all that the book has an interesting plot that kept me on the edge of my seat. Can't wait for the next!

As always I hated getting out of my car, while listening to this latest book. And as always it ended way too fast. Ok ready for the next one, hope it comes out soon.

I absolutely love all of the references to Edgar Allan Poe. I have always enjoyed his stories.

The Ending was phenomenal

Right when you think where the Series is heading guess what?….. You don’t! The ending of this book is the best type of cliffhanger! I cannot believe Audible is offering this Series for free. As normal the narrator Nicole Poole does an Amazing Job & Danika Dark creates an alternate universe you love to visit.

As usual, Dannika knocked it out of the park. Another tense adventure for Raven and Christian with some interesting new characters. I can't wait for the next book! Nicole Poole is awesome once again bringing all my favorite characters to life.

Raven has me teed off. You can hold back and keep secrets but no one else can even though you all vowed not to. You'd forgive your kidnapper and trafficker and spew about all the goodness he's done despite his deplorable actions; then you rail on Christian for keeping someone else's confidence which may have saved their life. Put your big girl panties on and grow up. Her contradictory behavior is nauseating.

Suspense, danger, child abuser, death… whoah

Nice story twist adding in a child… sweet introduction to a confused father was endearing and loads of danger and confusion! Can’t wait for next one!
But I will say, every book I’m disappointed. The audio speaker is incredible - truly skilled in her profession no doubt; but this character for me doesn’t match her voice. I feel like I’m listening to a pal my own age - not a younger lady with strength and skills and sexiness. Just not a true match, in my opinion. But her skills are undoubtable.
