I have been reading and listening to many books, podcasts and articles.
And also I have gone to many wine tastings in Napa, CA.
None of the above impressed me as much as the “Big Macs & Burgundy” book.

I have to say Vanessa has done an outstanding job on wine tasting/characteristics and wine pairing.

I hope that she comes out with another book.

Fascinating listen

This is an engaging, entertaining foray into the world of wine and how it pairs with food - no longer exclusive to the world of fine dining. So much fun to listen to! The author takes you on a journey through some of the tastiest food and wine combinations in the world...all from the comfort of your couch. Recommend for everyone!!!
