Betty and Howard's Excellent Adventure - Audiobook Review
JJ DiBenedetto's short story involving Sara's parents from the Dream Series. Betty writes a Letter/Journal to her best friend Kat about there first trip to Europe. The excitement ensues when Sara's friend from college is one of the tour guides. Betty and Howard hear many stories about Sara's college life that their dear daughter had neglected to share with her parents. This is a fun adventure for Sara's parents. But as Betty says there is no place like home.

Fun, Light Book
This was a fun, lighthearted listen for a weekend drive. I thoroughly enjoyed every moment of Betty's letter to her friend. I found myself smiling and chuckling many times while listening to Betty and Howard's adventures. Betty's tale has a distinct Erma Bombeck quality which is quite enjoyable. I also really liked the "letter" format, which made it really feel like you were actually reading a letter from a close friend traveling abroad.
The narrator, Nicola Bryant, did an amazing job with the material. She brought Betty and Howard to life for the listener.
I highly recommend this fun, light book. It's a great, short listen that will leave you smiling.
