It's ok not my favorite

I got bored of the sex scenes after a while because the storyline could have been stronger. It was ok.

The emotion

Yes, made me late for work, and made questions asked about why I set in the truck.

WOW - Where to begin......

Where does Beta rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

I will definitely listen to this again but not for a month or so, some books I can listen to a few days later but this one will take me time to recover from.

What other book might you compare Beta to and why?

This book is in a class all its own.

What does Summer Roberts and Tyler Dunn bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

They both did a fabulous job, I always look for dual narrator books and this one was done beautifully

If you were to make a film of this book, what would the tag line be?

This is NOT your mothers romance novel

I am not sure why this is listed in the Romance section, I guess in a round about way this is a romance but I would put it in the Fiction area more, there are a lot of hot and heavy sex/love scenes and Valentine and Kyrie are in love but the trouble that catches up from Valentine's past is for sure NOT love, the rape scenes are heart-aching, there is a lot of violence in the book but if you can make it through and NOT fast forward it is worth it. I love ANY book that gets my heart racing and makes me have to fast forward then go back and listen once I know all is well. This is NOT for the faint of heart, but if you are looking for something 'outside of the box', this is for you!

Happily surprised

I loved this book. Vary good fallow up form her explosive first book. Wasn't sure if it would hold up to the mystery of the first book but happily surprised.

Edge of your seat!!! Hold on tight!

I listened to this book while driving back and forth home from my families house. It's a hour drive, I found my self having to put myself on cruise control because I got so wrapped up into the book and the characters.

Good book 2

enjoyed it from start to finish. great narration. moved quickly, kept me interested. recommend this series.

Female narrator was great, the guy was rubbish!

I thought it was semi predictable and bit shovanisti like the last one but hey its supposed to be a fantasy I get it. this is a sexy fantasy time book and it has its place. Most of the time I can't stand of a romance because of there corness but this was a stand out and couldn't stop listening! There where was only one thing that really got to me...the male narrator! horrible ruined the sexiness. Their where several male accented roles and if even attempted the all sounded either slightly Russian or white bread American wasp. I mean the main character was British and his voice for the female lead was a travesty! :( I really like the female narrator though she was great they should have stuck with her throughout the book. I think she pulled off the male lead way better than the man they had narrate his long dialog. Still she also could have done better on the British accept thing but at least she made him sound hot.

Love this series!

This author is one of my favorites. Her books are an automatic download for me. I am enjoying these books for the third time. Such an engrossing story and intriguing characters.

Full of action!

The male performance could've been a bit better, but other than that, it was incredible! So much action and adventure!! X3
