Love Widows Island
These are great short stories by Kendra Elliot & Melinda Leigh! Love them so much. The narrator though, isn’t one of my favorites. They’ve always had great narrators in the past.

Another great case
I really enjoyed this case. It had twists and turns as they tried to find the connection with the serial killer behind bars and what the connection is between the victims and Widow’s Island. The story definitely pulled me in from beginning to end and I can’t wait to see what is coming next.

Below the Bones
Short and just right amount of suspense for an afternoon listen while crafting. Cate has settled on Widow's Island and runs the Bakery/Bookstore and is as far from the FBI as she can get after leaving since suffering from PTSD. That is until skeletal remains show up and she is drawn into the investigation when all the clues lead to someone she put away years before. Definitely a good addition to this series.

Close to home
Fifth novella in Widow’s Island series, this one really hits close to home. This novella brings in a former coworker of FBI Special Agent Cate Wilde to assist Deputy Tessa Black. Cate is on extended leave but is called back into this case.
Dr. Henry Powers continues in the series as doctor and coroner for Widow’s Island and Logan Wilde, Cate’s brother, also appears again in this novella.

Short and good
I like these Widows Island short stories. They have mystery, humor and love all in a quick whodunit that gets solved. Fun!
