Behold the Lamb of God: An Advent Narrative is a 25 chapter (one for each day of December) telling of the story of our need for and the coming of Christ, tracing the epic arc of Scripture from the garden of Eden to the manger in Bethlehem.
ABOUT THE AUTHOR: Russ Ramsey grew up in the farmland of Indiana. He studied at Taylor University and Covenant Theological Seminary (MDiv, ThM) before becoming a pastor at Oak Hills Presbyterian Church in Kansas City. He and his wife and four children now live in Nashville, Tennessee, where he serves as one of the pastors at Midtown Fellowship. Russ writes for The Rabbit Room, a website devoted to the discovery and celebration of truth and beauty, and also for the blog at Art House America.

A favorite!
Books that are read by the author are worth their weight in gold to me. Russ Ramsey does a marvelous job weaving the true tall tale of the Old Testament with the advent of a coming Savior. This is a fantastic read for Advent or any 25 days of the year, really. Don't skip the forward my Andrew Peterson!
