Pretty alright.
This is straight to the point with not a lot of filler. The recommendations that it makes are pretty straight forward. I've heard a lot of them from other titles in the self-help genre, But there was one at the beginning that was a first for me. As for the narration, very easy to listen to.

Great short motivational listen. I recommend listening and heeding the advice within. It was a short 20 minute listen at my listening speed. The narrator did a good job and I have no complaints. I will be revisiting this from time to time during short jogs/workouts.
Disclaimer: I've been listening at 2x speed for so long anything else sounds like slow motion. My enjoyment of the narrator is based on my listening speed.
